Why does the parlor smell of milk?

Someone seems to have cleaned it up, mostly, but still....

I've been volunteering a bit when I've had time and someone would take me, and practising.... I managed to hold a middling form part of the time when we were looking for people, but I fell all the way into wolf form before long. Sarah seems to enjoy telling the story, so if you want to hear it try her. ;)

I got a letter from Reverend Craig. There's a family just moved in a bit ago with a girl who lights the candles all on her own; I'm not quite sure if they're staying, though -- her parents travel a good deal. I might have met her if we'd had more time there.

That was me. I kind of kicked over a glass of milk, and I thought I cleaned most of it up but I didn't get to it right away, so that's probably why the smell's lingering.

I think you did get most of it; I can just tell it was there.

Well... Sarah started calling me "puppy," and with some others around, this went to "Lassie" (which seems natural enough) and then they lost me entirely by going on about someone named Timmy....

Oh! Okay. "Lassie" was a TV show about this really smart collie, and Timmy was the kid whose dog she was, and she had to get him out of trouble a lot, because he was kind of a twit, I guess--I never saw the show myself. So she'd have to go tell people he'd fallen down the well, and stuff like that.
