The kitchen seems to be free now, so if nobody minds it, I thought I might try making a few batches of these. (Maybe with a few changes... and aye, I do have a theme going.) If anyone wants to request a kind of preserves, or wants to help, please do.

Edited: So far I've tried making grape, apricot, strawberry, and blackberry, and I thought I'd wash up a bit and make some notes for everyone. There are also jams or preserves for orange, raspberry, blueberry, kumquat(!), kiwi(?), and I could use lemon juice, coconut, peaches, or probably bananas, maybe vanilla and cinnamon -- or make combinations. If anybody wants to make a request....

This is fun. :)
