While I'm rescheduling, can I put off the next crisis at least until March?

No, not thinking it works that way. Oh well.

It was an interesting week over here. I tried to keep up with Elpis, substitute teaching, and classwork through Friday and then sort of gave up on it. (John, Monet, and especially Jane and Yvette: thank you for your extra help last week, and next time there's a problem, I promise to try to handle it better. Particularly, I will try to be either at work at Elpis or helping in the infirmary, rather than trying to do one and concentrating on the other.)

To those who have been unwell the past week, welcome back, all of you. I'm very glad to have you awake and recovering.

There are oatmeal bars, venison and veggies with real and/or carob mole, and I've done something questionable with tofu and mole. Someone should possibly come eat the chocolate-honey-cinnamon apples, or I will.

Also, there's more space in the freezers now.

It was mostly Jane. I had to get an emergency manicure and deal with a black eye. So I stayed back late one day, but I'm taking Tuesday off in lieu. Just so you know.

I didn't think you were scheduled for today in the first place, but I'm probably confused. Or did you mean you're not coming in next Tuesday? I just got back from meeting with some classmates for a group project (or trying to: half of them couldn't find the library, which is not encouraging), so I have no idea where you were today.

Whoops. I'm on next Tuesday morning, which is the day I"m skipping, to make up for having to stay back last Thursday afternoon.

Basically, I'm on four mornings a week (but the mornings change), until I find something that's more fun to do. Also, to spite Nathan, since he thought I'd quit after three days, which means I'm staying till Nathan admits he was wrong about my ability to stay and handle boredom. ;) Even if I do want to chew my own ears off in self defense some days.
