As well as the truffles Alex mentioned (I tried not to be in the way for that), there are oatmeal bars and... well, other sorts of things; Lorna had been giving me some lessons, and I thought I'd try to cook a few things more like she would.

There is no souffle. I think 'twould be wasteful to try that again until I'm sure it'll be a wee bit quieter. Easy enough to do wrong with all the conditions perfect.
