Jun. 14th, 2003 01:56 pmThis has been an interesting week... placement tests and so on.... I'm not sure whether they're using the same ones for all of us, including the older new students (that looks odd), or if I'm just doing very very badly.
I'm not sure how much to sign up for. Everyone else seems to think that all the subjects look fascinating and to want to take them all... and I....
Well, I suppose I'll take all I can. I need to learn. I always used to like writing, and it looks as if I've not been being told enough of what's wrong, or more likely not listening well enough.
I don't suppose I'll ever please the teachers here, though. I have been trying -- except in combat -- but I think I've not been doing very well.
Combat has a good point too, though. The bruises are going away faster than they used to when I'd just fall down, or such things, as a child. I've no idea why.
Probably Professor Logan will hit me harder now. I suppose I deserve it, of course.
I still don't like the idea -- might as well say it, when 'tis that easy to tell. I suppose I can see where it might be right to fight against some people -- if 'twas important enough -- but I'm glad I didn't fight back, when... when I might have. It doesn't seem right to try to hurt friends, either, even with pads on.
When the summer classes get started for real, it should be interesting....
Seems people are having fun, in the meantime, though, even during exams. Kitty and Jamie especially... *grins at both of you* And 'tis nice having a roommate now.
