Now how did that happen?

How does Jamie have fleas and I don't? I spent the entire time with a pack of wolves. Hrimhari advised a bath and a roll in an herb-patch to avoid getting fleas from the giant.

I'm not complaining. And I'm going to sleep outside... I can take over a shower in the morning when the hot water's replenished.

I didn't have an herb-patch. Also, I was wearing chain mail for a month. With padding under it. And Gunnar warned me there's nothing like chain mail underpadding for attracting fleas, and it looks like he was right.

But hey, all gone now. Doc McCoy has a spray. :)

I actually stopped noticing after a while.

'Course, now that I'm all showered, I can't believe I stopped noticing. I had ring around the tub like you wouldn't believe.

Did you get the visible-grime-when-washing-hair part? ... My hair still does not feel right, though that may be the not washing it properly for three months part.
